How the development agent works
Use plain-English requests in the enabled development workspace. Supported changes are made in development for you to review before publication. Requests may need clarification or scope review, and complex work can require manual development and an additional quote. Usage and upload allowances apply. The agent does not publish unreviewed changes directly to the live website.
Billing, cancellation and handover
The first £12.99 monthly payment is collected at launch checkout and repeats monthly from that date. Approval alone does not start billing. Contact us before your next renewal to request cancellation; we confirm the effective date and handover arrangements. Ordinary business cancellations do not automatically refund a used billing period; statutory rights are unaffected. Hosting and ongoing agent access end when the subscription ends, so arrange replacement hosting first. Domain transfer, website files and any separately quoted migration assistance are confirmed during handover.
Before accepting your proposal
Your written proposal confirms the website service, monthly package, agreed scope, any extra fees, content responsibilities and expected delivery dates. Changes to scope or price require agreement before work starts. Read this sheet with the service terms and privacy information. Final business details and terms must be supplied with your proposal before acceptance.
