Service terms

Service clarifications to read with your written proposal.

Service information

These clarifications must be supplied with the service sheet and a written proposal identifying the legal supplier, business address, agreed price, tax treatment, scope and dates before acceptance. Your written proposal records the agreed commercial details.

Scope and charges

The agreed proposal and selected service sheet define deliverables. Third-party fees, premium domains, renewals and extras require clear agreement. The £64.99 Launch Site includes one standard domain registration up to £15 for the first year only. The £50 Scoped Build deposit covers basic setup and scoping; additional go-live charges are agreed separately.

Content and approval

You must have rights to supplied content and check its accuracy. Demonstration content and generated images are not verified claims or customer endorsements. Provide feedback within the agreed scope. Launch requires customer approval, confirmed launch checkout and an active subscription; our team manages publication and live checks.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact us to discuss cancellation. The proposal should explain treatment of completed work and agreed third-party commitments; refunds are assessed fairly with applicable rights. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights. Where consumer distance-selling rights apply, a service contract normally has a 14-day cancellation period. Starting work during that period requires an appropriate express request and explanation of its consequences; it is not assumed from simply paying. No blanket non-refundable-deposit rule is introduced.

Service continuity and exit

Support arrangements and any service levels must be written in the proposal. Third-party outages and external mailbox filtering can affect services. Cancellation requires a confirmed effective date and transfer/handover plan. The customer owns their registered domain; any website licensing, file handover and separately quoted migration assistance must be agreed in the proposal.
