Included scope
- Up to five standard information pages, such as Home, Services, About, Gallery and Contact.
- One contact form on one page, sending enquiries to one nominated email address. Standard name, email and message fields; agreed basic fields may be added within the proposal.
- Mobile, tablet and desktop layouts; basic page titles and descriptions; HTTPS and managed hosting.
- Guided requirements capture, a private development review and customer approval before team-managed publication.
- Images and text supplied or agreed for the initial build. Demonstration placeholders must be checked and replaced or approved before launch.
Domain allowance
One available standard .com or .co.uk domain with a first-year registration cost of up to £15 total. Premium names, additional domains and purchases from existing owners are excluded. If the registration costs more, we tell you the price and obtain agreement to pay the difference before registering it.
Subsequent renewals are separate, charged at the quoted renewal price. Registration and renewal prices can change. The domain is registered for the customer using agreed ownership details; registration management does not transfer ownership to SiteRise Studio. Transfers, redemption or restoration fees are separately agreed. Availability is confirmed at registration.
Outside this package
Multiple forms or enquiry destinations, file-upload forms, conditional or multi-step forms, booking systems, payment collection, online stores, customer accounts, CRM/database integrations, bulk content entry, copywriting projects and bespoke functionality need a separate scope and quote. Email delivery is subject to the recipient mailbox and spam filtering. A mailbox, email hosting and third-party software subscriptions are not included.
Your responsibilities and review
Provide accurate business and contact details, approved copy and images you have permission to use. Review the development website on mobile and desktop. The proposal records the included review rounds; feedback must remain within the agreed scope. Additional pages, redesigns or features are quoted before work starts. Delivery dates depend on agreed scope, receipt of content, feedback and third-party availability.

Before accepting your proposal
Your written proposal confirms the selected service, monthly plan, agreed scope, any extra fees, content responsibilities and expected delivery dates. Changes to scope or price require agreement before work starts. Read this sheet with the service terms and privacy information. Final business details and terms must be supplied with your proposal before acceptance.
