Scoped Build service sheet

£50 setup deposit, followed by a specification and agreed additional go-live fee.

The £50 payment covers basic setup and the scoping call. It does not purchase an unlimited build. The additional go-live fee is agreed after scoping and is in addition to the £50 deposit.

What scoping produces

A written proposal identifying pages, functionality, integrations, content, forms, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, review rounds, delivery approach and price. Payments, bookings, secure accounts, online stores and database integrations are assessed individually.

Forms and domains

The proposal specifies the number of forms, fields, enquiry destinations and any storage or integrations. Multiple forms or workflows are not assumed. Domain registration allowances, renewal arrangements and third-party costs must be stated in the proposal; the Launch Site domain allowance does not automatically apply to a Scoped Build.

Build, review and launch

Build work beyond basic setup proceeds after scope and price are agreed. You review the development version and approve the agreed deliverables. Launch checkout collects the additional go-live fee and first month of the Hosting & Development Agent package. Our team publishes after confirmed checkout and active subscription, then completes live checks.

Changes and cancellation

Requirements outside the agreed specification are assessed and priced separately. If you decide not to proceed, contact us; any refund or deduction for work completed and approved third-party costs is assessed under the proposal and applicable rights. The deposit is not described as automatically non-refundable.

The £12.99/month Hosting & Development Agent package applies unless a bespoke support arrangement is agreed.

Before accepting your proposal

Your written proposal confirms the selected service, monthly package, agreed scope, any extra fees, content responsibilities and expected delivery dates. Changes to scope or price require agreement before work starts. Read this sheet with the service terms and privacy information. Final business details and terms must be supplied with your proposal before acceptance.
